Opportunities and Risks in E-commerce for German small and medium sized companies In contrast to most other studies which are based on survey polls, the 2003 Pago Study analyses 3.67 million payment transactions from a representative selection of online merchants from 29 and shoppers from 198 different countries processed through the Pago platform.
Produced in cooperation with the Institute for Information Technology and Management at the University of Karlsruhe, the Pago Study 2003 is the first German report based on real purchase transactions. The readership, including financial, commercial and IT experts, can glean valuable conclusions from the 130 pages dealing with the online market and focussing on the particular opportunities and risks for small and medium sized enterprises in Germany.
