Pago PoS Acceptance process

Processing bricks-and-mortar credit card transactions was a natural extension to Pago’s long experience in online credit card acceptance.

The main difference to Pago Online Acceptance lies in the transaction recording.

	Cardholder and merchant are both present at the same place.
	The cardholder is authorized by presenting his credit card and by his signature.
	Card details are extracted by the terminal and are transmitted along with the authorization request.
	The authorization request is transmitted to Pago by the network operator; from here it is passed on to the card issuer via the processor, as for Pago Online Acceptance transactions.

How you can use PoS Acceptance:

	You sign an acceptance contract with Pago for Visa und MasterCard.
	You select a network operator who provides you with the terminal for routing transactions from the point-of-sale to Pago.
	Your credit card transaction are processed through the reliable Pago platform.
